Ms. Stacee Brewer
|
Who am I? My name is Stacee Brewer but many Trailblazers call me Ms. B. I have a passion for helping students do well in school. I was the first person in my family to graduate college. I believe if I can do it, Trailblazers can too. My role as a counselor is to help them find out how. What do I do? I help Trailblazers to understand how learning can be a rewarding experience by tapping into their interests, strengths and future goals. We will discuss how to improve their academic performance, relationships and overall attitude about school. Where is my office located? I can be found in Trailblazer Central, a place with an abundance of resources to meet students educational needs. TC is on the second floor, 7th grade hallway. I am everyone's counselor, not just 8th graders or a selected group of students. Parents and teachers can visit Trailblazer Central as well. Will anyone find out what we talk about? The most important thing to know about me is that most of the information you tell me is confidential. This means I will not share it with anyone else without your permission. There are three things I have to report: if you harm yourself, others, or someone harms you.
